TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL TERMS
This digital gift voucher (“Voucher”) is issued by SpecialTouchDetail LLC (“Issuer”) via email. By accepting, redeeming, or using this Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. DELIVERY & PRESENTATION
2.1. Email Delivery: This Voucher is delivered via email to the recipient or purchaser. SpecialTouchDetail LLC is not responsible for email delivery failures, delays, or the recipient not receiving the email.
2.2. Digital Redemption: This Voucher is valid only when presented digitally, including by forwarded email, screenshot, digital copy, or by providing the Voucher code at the time of booking.
2.3. Non-Transferable: While you may forward this Voucher to another party, SpecialTouchDetail LLC is not responsible for unauthorized use, sharing, or disputes between the original recipient and any other party.

3. REDEMPTION & USE
3.1. Booking Method: To redeem this Voucher, you must book an appointment online at https://specialtouchdetail.com or by calling our office at 682-297-7697 and provide your Voucher code.
3.2. One-Time Use: Unless otherwise stated, this Voucher is valid for one-time use only. It cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
3.3. Service Only: This Voucher is redeemable only for detailing services provided by SpecialTouchDetail LLC. It cannot be applied to merchandise, additional products, or services outside of detailing.
3.4. Vehicle Condition Notice: ll detailing services provided by SpecialTouchDetail LLC, including services booked or paid for using this Voucher, are subject to our Vehicle Condition & Service Notice, including terms related to pre-existing damage, fragile components, electronics, service limitations, and Gold Shield Protection. 4. EXPIRATION POLICY
4.1. Dollar-Value Gift Vouchers: Vouchers purchased for a specific monetary value, such as a detailing credit, do not expire for five (5) years from the date of email delivery, subject to applicable law.
4.2. Service-Specific Vouchers: Vouchers purchased for a specific service are valid for one (1) year from the date of email delivery.
Note: If a Service Voucher has expired, the dollar amount originally paid may still be applied as a credit toward the current price of that service. The bearer is responsible for paying any difference between the original purchase price and the current service price.
4.3. Promotional/Gift Vouchers: Vouchers issued without payment, including referral bonuses, contest prizes, or promotional giveaways, expire on the expiration date stated in the email or promotional materials.
4.4. Expiration Notification: It is the customer’s responsibility to track the expiration date. SpecialTouchDetail LLC is not responsible for notifying you of upcoming expiration.

5. REFUNDS & CASH VALUE
5.1. Non-Refundable: This Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit, except where required by law.
5.2. Texas Cash Refund Requirement: In accordance with applicable Texas law, if this Voucher is redeemed in person to make a purchase and a remaining balance of less than $2.50 remains, the bearer may request a cash refund of that remaining balance where required by law.
5.3. Lost or Deleted Email: If you delete or lose the email containing this Voucher, please contact SpecialTouchDetail LLC. Replacement or recovery may be possible if we can verify the purchase and voucher details, but reissuance is not guaranteed.
5.4. Voucher Recovery: If you need help recovering a Voucher code, contact us at 682-297-7697 or info@specialtouchdetail.com. Recovery assistance is offered as a courtesy and may require verification of purchase details.

6. LARGE VEHICLE SURCHARGES & RESTRICTIONS
6.1. The value of this Voucher covers standard-sized vehicles only. Additional charges or service restrictions may apply to the following:
Large SUVs: Vehicles over 225 inches in overall length, including but not limited to Ford Excursion, Chevy Suburban, GMC Yukon XL, Cadillac Escalade ESV, and Jeep Grand Wagoneer L.
Large Pickup Trucks: Pickup trucks over 244 inches in overall length, including but not limited to Ford F-150 with 6.5′ bed, F-250, F-350, F-450, Ram 2500, Ram 3500, and Chevy/GMC 2500 or 3500 HD.
Commercial or Specialty Vehicles: Fleet vehicles, limousines, RVs, buses, or vehicles with non-standard modifications.
6.2. Condition Surcharges: Additional fees may apply for vehicles with excessive pet hair, biological waste, mold, heavy stains, or severe mud or dirt accumulation.
6.3. Payment: Any applicable surcharges must be paid separately at the time of service. SpecialTouchDetail LLC reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle exceeds our equipment capacity or safety standards.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY
7.1. Appointments booked using this Voucher are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
7.2. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee being deducted from the Voucher balance or the forfeiture of a promotional voucher.

8. LIABILITY & ACCURACY
8.1. Recipient Verification: SpecialTouchDetail LLC will validate the Voucher code at the time of booking. If your Voucher is invalid, expired, or has already been redeemed, we will contact you to discuss available options.
8.2. No Liability for Third-Party Use: If someone other than the intended recipient uses your Voucher, SpecialTouchDetail LLC is not responsible for disputes or unauthorized redemption.
8.3. Subject to Availability: Voucher redemption is subject to service availability and booking schedules. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred appointment date and time.

9. SERVICE AREA & TRAVEL
Services are available only within our standard service area in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our normal service area. Please confirm coverage with our office before booking.

10. MODIFICATIONS & POLICY CHANGES
SpecialTouchDetail LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will apply to future Voucher purchases and future redemptions to the extent permitted by law.

11. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
11.1. SpecialTouchDetail LLC may send SMS text messages to customers who provide their mobile number and consent through our website forms, Facebook lead ads, or other approved opt-in methods. These messages may include customer care communications, appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers related to our vehicle detailing services. Only individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age may participate in our SMS/text messaging program, and by opting in you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
11.2. By submitting your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you give us permission to contact you at that number using automated or non-automated text messaging technology, consistent with our Privacy Notice and applicable law. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
11.3. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us, including appointment activity, inquiries, and participation in promotions. Marketing messages are generally limited to a small number per month, while transactional messages such as confirmations and reminders may be sent as needed to support your services.
11.4. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. SpecialTouchDetail LLC is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier in connection with the receipt of our text messages.
11.5. You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you opt out, we may send one final confirmation text to acknowledge your request. 11.6. We observe applicable messaging quiet hours and will not send marketing messages outside those times, except where permitted for transactional notices. We retain records of your SMS consent and opt-out requests as described in our Privacy Notice and use your SMS opt-in data only to manage and send text messages and for internal compliance purposes. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use.
11.7. Delivery of SMS messages may be affected by factors outside our control, including your mobile carrier, network congestion, and device settings. Neither SpecialTouchDetail LLC nor mobile carriers are liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
